2021 Subaru Forester

The compact SUV for the trials and the trails
The Subaru Forester 2021 changes little but adds many new features that make it even more versatile. That doesn't take away from its personality as an SUV that can also meet the most active families' demands. Still equipped with its Boxer engine and Lineartronic continuously variable transmission, it also takes advantage of the symmetrical, constant-drive all-wheel-drive system for which Subaru is renowned. Its interior, among the quietest in the industry, is slightly improved with the addition of standard rear USB ports, a power-adjustable passenger seat on Limited and higher versions, as well as a heated steering wheel and a new and improved 8-inch multimedia screen on Touring and higher versions.
There's no skimping on safety either by keeping the standard EyeSight system and adding directional LED headlights on all trim levels. The DriverFocus Distraction Mitigation System from the Limited model completes the picture. But these additions haven't changed the Forester, which continues to be able to handle any adventure with X-Mode, SI-Drive and Hill Descent Control. The Subaru Forester remains the best companion for your experiences, on and off the road!

SUBARU FORESTER 2021, UTILITY AND FAMILY

At Subaru, we are recognized for the quality of our all-wheel drive vehicles. As well as for the versatility of our sport utility vehicles. And the Subaru Forester is probably the one that best fits that description. Its dimensions and capabilities make it capable of going almost anywhere, while its comfort and cargo space make it an ideal companion for families. For 2021, the Subaru Forester has received a few upgrades, including new direction-sensitive LED headlights, high beam assist and rear seat belt reminder. It still features the renowned BOXER flatbed engine and Lineartronic CVT transmission.

INTEGRAL AND PROUD OF BEING
Like most members of the Subaru family, the Subaru Forester also takes advantage of the symmetrical full-time all-wheel drive, which allows it to face the most demanding climatic situations. And if that wasn't enough, the Forester also features an X-Mode system that further improves the performance of the all-wheel drive when it has to tackle rougher trails. A descent assistance system completes the whole. SI-Drive, a system for selecting the drive mode, is also available on the Forester.

COMFORT WITHOUT REPROACH
The Subaru Forester's cockpit has enough clearance to provide comfortable rides for all occupants. In 2021, it gets even better with the heated steering wheel as standard from the Touring model. The versions. These same variations also receive the 8.3-inch multifunction display screen in the center of the dashboard. The Limited version comes standard with the power passenger seat and cargo light, the latter feature being shared with the Premier version. Finally, note that all passengers will now have access to serial USB ports.

SECURITY ON THE MENU
The EyeSight safety system adds to the safety features of the Forester. It combines, in particular, blind spot detection, braking assistance, intelligent cruise control and sway warning. But the Forester is adding Driver Focus this year, a system that detects the driver's eyes and warns them if they stare off the road for too long. This system has also enabled the Forester to receive the highest distinction in terms of safety.
